shall d~aw interest at the rate of eight percentum (8~/,) per annum. and shall be repayaDle immediately and without demand by
the Mo~tgagors to the Mortgagee, and. together with interest and costs accruing the~eon. shall be secured by this mortgage.
13. That the mailing of a written notice o~ demand addrtssed to the owner ot record oi the mortgaged premises. o~ directed
to the said owne~ at the last address actually furnished to the Morlgagee, or dirccted to said owner at said mortgaged premises.
and mailed in the United States mails. shall be sufficient notice and demand in any case arising under this instrument and re-
quired by the provisions hereoi o~ by law. " ~
. 14. This Mo~tgage shall secure not ony existing indebtedness, but also such future advances. whether such advances are ~
obligatory or to be made at the option of the Mortgagee. or othervrise, as are made within twenty (20) years from the date here-
of. to the same extent as if such tuture advances wem made on the date of the execution of this mortgage, but such secured
indebtedness shall not exceed at any time the maximum principal amount oi = 28 s 000.00 ~ plus interest. and any
disbursements made fo~ the payment of taxes. levies or insurance, on the property covered by the lien oi this mortgage. with io-
terest on such disbursements.
The covenants herein contained shall bind. and the benefits and advantages shall inu~e to. the respective heirs, executors.
admi~istrators and assigns of the pa~ties hereto. Whenever used, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singu-
lar. and the use of any gender shall include all genders.
