/ part shall have the right to re-enter and take possession of the
premises aforesaid without being liable to any action therefor, and

It is further agreed by parties of the first part, that if parties
of the part do not make the payments on the Agreement for Deed dated
~arch 31, 1973 bet~teen parties of the First Part and Fenton R.
Mathews and Jeri Mathews, his wife, recorded in O. R. Book 220,
page 2924, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, that parties
of the second part herein, shall have the right to make these payments
tron the yearly payment•due under this Agreement for Deed to keep such
