This cause coming to be heard upon the verified Petition
of the Wife for a temporary custody order and a temporary
restraining order, and it appearing from the allegations that
the Wife fears the Husband will carry out threats made against ,
the Wife and the minor son, and the Court being advised in the
premises,
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
I. Custody of the minor child, WILLIAM JOSEPH HUNTER,
is awarded to the Wife, I~THRYN A. HUNTER, pendente lite.

` restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other,
