FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on f or f inal hearing on the llth day of
December, 1973, and the Court, having given full consideration to ~
ell the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdic-
tion of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relations of husband and wife now exists betweeen the parties;
the equities are with the husband and against the wife and the
husband~is entitled to a dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon~

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the

j husband and wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

~ mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
