paid. in installments as followa: -
96 equal monthly payments of $272.87, with first paqment to
com~nence February 1, 1974, and a like swn on the corresponding
day of each like succeeding period thereafter until the whole be
full~ paid. Each installment shall firet be applied in pay~ment ~
of interest, and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sumn.
A late payment charge not exceeding S~ of~the delinquent payment
shall be added to each installment remsining unpeid five daya after
its due date, and a like sum ehall be added Co each euch inetell-
ment remaining unpaid five days after each aucceeding payment
' deCe. The maker reserves the right of pa~epayment at any time

~ If any installment be not promptty paid within days next after the same be-

The makers and endoraers of this note furth er agree to waive notice of non-payment,
protest and demand for payment, and in case suit shall be brought for the collection
hereof or the same shail be collected upon demand of an attorney, to pay all expenses
of such collection~ ;ncluding a reasonable ~ttorney's fee thereon.
