ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this .~y day of
,r ,1973 by and between EDMUND M. RADKE & DORIS
M. RADKE, his wife, hereinafter called the parties of the first part, and
EDWARD PINCKNEY & MARY LEE PINCKNEY, his wife, whose mailing
address is: 2805 Avenue "Q", Fort Pierce, Florida hereinafter called the
parties of the second part.
_ W ITNESSETH:
That if the said parties of the second part shall first make the ~

payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to
be made and performed, the said parties of the first part hereby covenant
and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of the second part, and

their heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by good

and sufficient deed, the following property, together with all improvements ~
thereon, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The West 13 feet of Lot 10 and all of Lot 11
of DUKE SUBDIVLSION, according to the plat ~~l~d ~ ;

and the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay to the said
i parties of the first part, as consideration herefor the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND

FOUR HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($12, 400. 00) in the manner following:
; There shall be paid the sum of ~1, 000. 00 cash at the
' time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is :
~ hereby acknowledged. The then remaining balance of ' -
! $11, 400. 00 shall be paid in monthly installments of ~'1" =

month thereafter until the whole sum named plus interest,
