DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 5th day of December, 1973

and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, ~
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and

wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ~
~
the parties is irretrievably broken and shou].d be dissolved. ~
It is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MICHAEL ALLEN ?
RUNYON, SR. and MARY ANN RUNYON be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretafore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom,

~ Z. CUS~ODY. The temporary Order entered on November 26, 1973

~ relating to temporary custody of the minor children of the parties ~

hereto s~all remain in full force and effect. ~
3. The Division of Family Services of the State of Florida
is requested to do a social study Of the husband and_wife's homes
and also of the homes of their parents. After conducting the study,
the Division of Family Services shall make a written report to this
Court of its findings, following which this cause shall be set down i
~
for further hearing and a final order relating to custody of the -
children of the parties shall be entered. _
