GRANT OF EASEMENT

THIS INDENTURE made and entered into on this ~ day of
1973, by and between MAND W. LAND, INC a Tennessee Corporation licensed•
to do business in the State of Florida, Grantor, and MILO E. SCHANDELMEIER,

TRUSTEE, his successors and assigns, Grantee;

WHEREAS, The Grantor is seized in fee simple and in possession of lands
lying West of State Highway AlA, Government Lot S, Section 2, Township 37
South, Range 41 East, Hutchinson Island, St. Lucie County, Florida, said lands -
being more particularly described in the attached exhibit "A"; and t
WHEREAS , The Grantee is seized in fee simple of a parcel of land con-
tiguous to the land of Grantor; and t
