HomeMy WebLinkAbout1056 A drainage easement twenty (20) feet in width, over and upon the lands of Grantor measured from the North line of the property set forth in exhibit "A" and running parallel thereto from the State Highway AlA Right of Way to the Waters of the Indian River, provided that any drainage structures which may ` be installed in lieu of natural drainage shall be subject to the approval of appropriate governmental authorities . It is understood that the easement is given upon the express understanding and condition that it may be used by Grantor, its successors or assigns in ~ conjunction with the use of Grantee, his successors and assigns .
