records and except for the modification of the description as
hereinabove set forth, the Grantee by the acceptance and recording
of this deed, and the Grantors by their execution do hereby
ratify and confirm all of t.he covenants, restrictions, conditions
and rights of reverter iri said Warranty Deed, together with the
Agreement and Supplemental Agreement attached thereto and recorded
therewith and do further agree that all of said covenants,
restrictions, conditions and rights of reverter shall remain in
full force and effect.
