Ownere Association when formed or a corporate or non-
corporate arganization. Grantee will pay $11.00 Eor each
lot to Lake Indrio Corporation, his nominees or assigns,
on February 1, of each year, said sum to be used for
general maintenance.
(14) The ~ake Indrio Corporation reserves to itself ~
the roads and ways shown on the Plat referred to herein
a~d reserves the right at any time to dedicate all rodds
or ways shown on Plat to public use or to convey same to
the State, County or City or any agency thereof.
(15) For the breach of any of the above restrictions,
the Lake Indrio Corporation shall be entitled to apply for
relief by injunction in addition to any other remedy and
failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction herein ahall
not be deemed a waiver of a riqht to do so thereafter as
to the same, a prior, or subsequent breach, and Lake Indrio
Corporation ahall not be held liable for said failure to
enforce any restriction herein.
(16) All of the covenants and restrictions shall
remain in force until January l, 1968, and shall be
automatically renewed for each 5 year period thereafter
unless owners of at least two-thirds of the lots in the
development shall, at least six months prior to any such
renewal date, agree in writing to a change in or an
abrogation of any of the above covenants, and records such
writing so amending the aforesaid covenants.
To have and to Hold the said tract or parcel of land, with
appurtenances, estate, title, and interest there to belonging to
the sai3 Ruth M. Bowers, her heirs, and assigns, forever. And
I do covenant with the said Ruth M. Bowers that I am lawfully
seized and possessed ot said land in fee simple; have a good riqht
to convey it and the same is unencumbered.
' And I do further covenant and bind myself, my heirs and

E land to the said Ruth M. Bowers, her heirs and assigns, against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
