wherever the mntext so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and CONIMIJNITY FEDERAI SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing unde~ the laws of the United States of America, hereinefter
cailed the Mo~tgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as parry of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for d;vers good a~d ~ valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafier described, the Mortgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, ~elease, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simpte, the following deuribed
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, ~nd in actual possession, situate in the County of
St. LuCi.e , State of Florida, to-wit:

PINES UNIT 2, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 16, page 37, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

= TOGETHER with aN strudures and improvements now and hereafler on said land and the fixfures attached
~ thereto and al1 rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue f~om said premises all of which are included

IT IS ~AUTUALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort- ;
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, a? ~ts option, at anyr~me within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
~ fore full payment of th~s mortgage and notes secured hereby, make fu?ther advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secu~ed by rhis mor~gage and shall be evidenced by an add~tional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from t~me
~ !o t~me, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not ezceed ~he max~mum principal sum of
