~ This cause came on for final hearing this date and the Court having
given flxll consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife nosa exists betveen the parties and that the parties
Ctbrough their counsel have agreed upon a settlement of division of property and he
custoc~ and support of the minor children and that the husband has f~rther sgree
in addition to the agreement of the parties of December 23, 1973 and the court b ing
. ~ flxl~}r advised and that the marriage betWeen the parties should be dissolved. It
~is thereupon

~ ORDERED AND AD~TUDGID as follo~rs :
1. The marrisge between BURTON BROWN and MARY BROWN be and the same
~is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forev er freed
~from the bonds of matrimox~y heretofore existing between them and from the
; ~ bligations arising therefrom.
I; ( 2. That the settlement agreement dated August 16, 1973, bet~reen

g he parties and admitted into evideace is hereby incorporated by reference and
~ ~~the parties are ordered to comp~y iri.th the provisions thereof ~rith the exception

f the Stipulation dated December 23, 1973 and providing for additions to the
~ aid agreement as folloWS:

; anuary, A.D., 197~+, BURTON BROWN shall p~y to MARY BROWN the s~ of $65.00

~ ~ er month for support of the minor children to continue until the youngest

~ i hild obtains ma~ority, becomes married or self-supporting, whichever is sooner.

ii Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him

~ i emitted promptly to MARY BROWN. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum
~ f$1.00 as Statutory costs to be added to each p~yment made to the Clerk. Al1

~ ~ ayments shall be made in cash, money order or Cashier's checls. Both of the

~ arties are Ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
