A. RESIDENCE PROPERTY: That the Husband, JAMES L.
CUBBEDGE, as lump sum alimony to the Wife, BETTY G. CUBBEDGE, shall
duly execute and deliver a qui~-claim deed, in which he shall remise,
release, and quitclaim all of his right, title, interest. claim and
demand in and to the foll~ving described real property, located
and situated at No. 801 Howie Drive, in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with all furniture, furnishings, fixtures
and appliances therein and thereon, to-wit:
Lot No. 5, of Block 5, of LILEM
SdBDIVISION, in St. Lucie County,
Florida, as per plat thereof on
file in the public records of -
St. Lucie County, Florida,
to the Wife, BETTY G. CUBBEDGE, within fifteen (15) days after the
entry of this Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage; and, in
the event that the said Husband, JAMES L. CUBBEDGE, shall fail to
so execute and deliver such a quit-claim deed to the said Wife, BETTY
~ G. CUBBEDGE, within said period of fifteen (15) days, that, upon the
~ recording of a certified copy of this Final Judgment Of Dissolution
Of Marriage in the Official Record Books in the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, the recording
thereof shall, in law and to all intents and purposes, convey and
transfer all of the right, title, interest, clai.m and demand of the
said JAMES L. CUBBEDGE, Husband, in said properties, real and per-
sonal, to the Wife, BETTY G. CUBBEDGE, in the same manner as if said

~ JAMES L. CUBBEDGE, to the Wife, BETTY G. CUBBEDGE, and recorded by

= her in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

B. ENCUMBRANCES ON RESIDENCE PROPERTY: That the Wife,
