real and personal, hereinabove described. ~
C. PERSONAL PROPERTY: That the Husband, JAMES L.
CUBBEDGE, shall convey and transfer to the Wife, BETTY G. CUBBEDGE,
all of his right, title and interest in and to the Automobile,
Buick, 1966, now in the possession of the said Wife, within fifteen
(15) days of the date of entry of this Final Judgment Of Dissolution
Of Marriage, and, in the event that said Husband. JAMES L. CUBBEDGE,
shall fail to so convey and transfer all of his right, title and
interest in said Automobile, within said period of fifteen (15) days,
that, upon the forwarding to the proper Agency of the State of
Florida of a certified copy of this Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of
Marriage, together with a proper application for transfer of title
to said automobile, the complete title, in law and to all intents
and purposes, to said Automobile, Buick, 1966, shall, in fact, be
transferred to the Wife, BETTY G. CUBBEDGE, in the same manner as if -
a bill of sale and application for transfer of title had been duly
executed, acknowledged and delivered by the Husband, JAMES L.
CUBBEDGE, to the Wife, BETTY G. CUBBEDGE. -
CIiILD CUSTODY AND CAILD SUPPORT: That the permanent care,
custody and control of the minor child of the parties hereto, RHONDA
LYNN CUBBEDGE, daughter, be, and the same is hereby, gran~ed to the

Wife, BETTY G. CUBBEDGE, during the minority of said daughter or

! until she shall have married, with reasonable visiting privileges `

with said minor chi,ld being reserved to the Husband, JAMES L. CUBBEDGE;
and that the Husband, JAMES L. CUBBEDGE, be, and he is hereby,
ordered to pay to the Wife, BETTY G. CUBBEDGE, for the maintenance
and support of said minor child, the sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) per month, plus the Statutory Fee of the Clerk of this
