Court, commencing on the lst day of January, A.D. 1974, and con-
tinuing on the lst day of each succeeding month, thereafter, until
said minor child shall have reached her eighteenth birthday or
shall have married, whichever shall be the earliest date.
REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY: That the Ausband, JAMES L.
CUBBEDGE, shall pay to the Wife, BETTY G. CUBBEDGE, the sum of One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month, as rehabilitative alimony,
together with the Statutory Fee of $1.00, if any, for each such pay-
ment, through the Clerk of this Court, for a period of thirty-six
(36) months commencing on the lst day of January, A.D. 1974, and
continuing on the lst day of each month, thereafter, to and including
the lst day of December, A.D. 1976. -
ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS: That the Husband, JAMES L.
CUBBEDGE, shall pay forthwith to RAYMOND E. FORD, Attorney at Law,
P. O. Box 3307, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, as Attorney for the
i Wife herein, the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) in full pay-

~ ment of all attorney's fees, as Attorney for the Wife, and the sum

; of One Hundred Sixteen and 90/100 Dollars ($116.90) as costs of

Court herein.
~ RETENTION aF' JU~tISDICTION: That the above-entitled Court
hereby retains jurisdiction of the above-styled cause, and each of
the parties to said cause, for the purpose of further actions`and
hearings and of entering such further orders, judgments, process or
~ other instruments deemed by the Court to be necessary and proper herein.
