This cause came on to be heard upon the Motion for Judgment on
the Pleadings and Motion to Amend Answer filed by Defendants RICHA RD
B. REED, SELMA REED ancl HANOVER INSURANCE COMPANY, and
the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
~ 1. The Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is denied. It is
the Court's opinion triat the repeal of Florida Statutes §768. 01, §768.02 and
§7E~8, 03 and the adoption of Florida Statutes §768.16 through §768. 27 do not
preclude recovery by the plaintiffs in the above styled action.
2. The Motion to Amend their answer is granted. Zhe movants
shall have fifteen (15) da}~s from the date of this order in which to amend their
answer. ~
