THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing before the Court upon plaintiff's
Motion for Final Judgment heretofore filed, and it appearing from the pleadings,
proofs and default heretofore entered against the defendants, J. H. HOWELL, JR. ,
and C. H. HOLLAND, JR. , individually and as co-p~rtners transacting business
under the name of HOWELL AND HOLLAND, a partnership, that there is no
issue of any material fact and that plaintiff is entitled to judgment as a matter of
