all parties being represented by counsel and upon stipulation, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the relief prayed for by the Plaintiff be and the same
is hereby granted and the defendants are found to be in arrears in

the sum of $4,400.00 in rent. _ '
