DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .
This cause came-on for trial January 2, 1974, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband
and Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDSRSD as follows:
1. The marriage between JOHN T. McDERMID and B~ARBARA
M. McDBRMID be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties

~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

~
~ arising therefrom.

2. Custody of DARBY BRICE McDERMID, minor child of the
~ -
~ parties, is hereby awarded to BARBARA M. McDERMID, with reasonable
~ - visitation rights reserved to JOHN T. McDSRMID.

~ 3. Commencing the day of January, 1974, JOBN T.
~
~
~ McDERMID shall pay to BARBARA M. McDSRMID the sum of Thirty
~ -
~ ($30.00) Dollars each and every week for the'support of the child
~ ~
named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
~
~1= and by him remitted promptly to BARB~ARA M. McDERMID, 2924 Sherwood

Lane, Fort Pierce, Plorida. In addition there is hereby assessed
