ing ths Notice of 3ale and the Clerk•s fee for making the eale, ths
cost of ths ~ederal and State documentary tax atampa affixed to the
Certificate of Title, and the fee hereinabove alloaed to the Attorrteye
for the Plaintiff.
(b) The total aum herein found to be due to the Plaintiff,
lesa the Attorneya~ fee mentioned in paragraph 7(a) hereof, plua
intsrsat on the un~:~id principal specified in paragraph 2 hereof

8. If ths total amount reali$ed on the aale exceeds the

direct; and if the total amount realized ehall not be aufiicient to
pay all of those aua~a, the Clerk shall pay firat those apec~fied in
paragraph 7(a), and ehall pap the balance to tne Plaintiff.
9. Upon confirmatian of the sale, whether bq the Clerk
filing the Certificate of Title herein, or by Order of the Court
ruling upon ob~ections Lo the sale, the Defendante end any and all
peraons claiming by, through or under them since the date of the
filing of the notice of Lia Pendens herein, are forever barred and
for~_losed of and from all right, title, intereat, clai,s or demand
of anq kind or nature xhatsoever in and to Che propertq herein .
