ORDER DISMISSING CIVIL ACTION CASES
FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION
It appearing to the Court and the Court finding that the
hereinafter named Civil Action Cases have lain dormant for a ;
long time and have not been prosecuted as required by law, and
pursuant to the power vested in the Court, it is thereupon,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:
1. That the following Civil Action cases be and the same
are hereby dismissed for want of prosecution at the cost of the
