FINAL JUDGMENT
> DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the.l9th day of December, 1973
and the Court having given full consideration to a21 the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between Robert
Tracy Noble and Gloria Dowse Noble be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ex•isting between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTQDY. Custody of Tracy Alsdon Noble, mi~ior child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to G2oria Dowse NobZe with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to Robert Tracy Noble.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 19th day of January, 1974, Robert ,
Tracy Noble shall pay to Gloria Dowse Noble the sum of $60.00 each
and every month, for the support of the child named above.
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to Gloria Dowse Noble. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. AII payments shall be made in
casb, money order or cashier's check. Hoth of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing -
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
