hereby author~zed to assume her former name of Gloria Dowse and
to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.
- 5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Eaeh of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interferinq with, harassing or annoying, the
other. The husband, Robert Tracy Nob~e is restrained from going
on the premises of Mrs. Williams, the wife•s mother and each of

the parties are restrained from taking or removing the child from
the State of Florida without a Court order.
6. VISITATION RIGHTS. The husband, Robert Tracy Noble,
who is now in the military service of the United States shall
have the right to see the minor child when he is on leave f~com
the service, every other day from the hours of 3:00 P.M. to 5:00
P.M. and the wife is to deliver the child or make arrangements
for the delivery of the child to the husband at a place other than
the wife's mother's home. After the hushand gets out of the ser-
vice he shall have the right to see and visit the minor child
at reasonable times and places. -
7. PROPERTY. The home owned jointly by the parties shall ;
remain in joint names and shall be held in tenancy in comawn.
The wife shall return the following wedding gifts to the
' husband:
a. Mrs. Stone - set of tawels
b. The Fishburnes - one sheet
c. Mr. & Mrs. Hayling - set of ta~wels
' ~ d. Mr. ~ Mrs. Townsend - bathroom set (used in home)
e. Mrs. Hudson - set of cups ,
f. Mr. & Mrs. Carl Noble - one sheet (used in home)

; 8. JURISDICTION. J~risdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders ~

as may be-proper.
