DECREE This cause came on to be tirst heard on Thursday, April 9, 1970, be£ore the Honorable She2ton Luton, Judge, holding the Probate Court for Davidson County, Tennessee, upon the original bill of complaint, answer having been filed thereto, testimony of witnesses in open Court, exhibits thereto, at which time the Court took said matter under advisement for the incom~ng of additional exhibits. ' This cause came on to be further heard for argument on Tuesday, April 14, 1970, at which time, at the conclusion of the arguments of the respective solicitors of record, the Court took the entire matter under advisement, and did, on Tuesday, May 12, Z970, render a final opi~ion, from all of which it appeared to the Cour:: that the complainant should be gra~ted an absolute divorce from the ; defendant, and that the allegations contained in the original bill ; are true, namely, that the defendant has been guilty of such cruel ~ and inhuman treatment or conduct towards the complainant so as to F render cohabitation unsafe and improper. ~ . ~ . t ' ~ It is, there£orc, OP.DE:,~D, ADJUDGE~ a:~ci DLCREL•'D Ly i:lie i ° Court that the bonds of matrimony heretofore subsisting between the complainant and the defendant be, and the same hereby are dissolved, and that the complainant, Zetia Duke Brown, be, and she hereby is . granted an absolute d~vorce from the defendzat and restored to all the rights and privileges of an unmarried per~cn. ; - ~ - ~ e~~~ ~~2 ;E 14U~ _r - 4 ~ . i w... _ ~ . 4 '.^..._1'~ ~'.:'::l
