Petitioner is named as Executor in said Will,, to serve ~vithout bond, aad
is ~villing to undertake the trust reposed in it thereby. Petitioner verily believes
the instruments herewith propounded for probate and record, signed and attested
as aforesaid, to be the true Last Will and Ti estament and Codicil thereto of Mary
C. Conkle, deceased.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully prays that upon proper hearing
and proof said instruments dated, respectively, February 25, 1970 and April
25, 1972, be admitted to probate as and for the La.st 1~Yill and Testament and

Codicil thereto of Mary C. Conkle, deceased, and that Letters Testamentary
