DECEaSED REAL PROPERTY
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
Comes now THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, Diiami, Florida,
as Executor of the Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto
of MARY C. CONKLE, deceased, and respectfully shows unto the
Court as follows:
Included among the assets of the estate is the following
described parcel of improved real property located in St. Lucie

County, Florid~:
Lot 15 of Block R of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a con-
dominium according to the declaration of condominium
thereof recorded in Official Record Book 168 at Page
1348 of the PubZic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The above described property has been valued at $5,000.00
in the inventory filed with this Court February 13, 1973.
Petitioner has received an offer of $5,500.00, all cash, for
the said property, subject to the proration of taxes for the
current year, and subject also to a brokerage commission in the
amount of $550.00 payable out of the proceeds of the sale.
Petitioners believe it is necessary to sell said property in the
best interest of the estate and those interested therein that the
said offer be accepted and the property sold.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that an order may be entered
herein authorizing it to sell the property herein described,
upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, and that it be
authorized to make such a sale at private sale, and to execute
any and a22 instruments necessary to consummate the sale.
