This matter coming on to be heard upon the petition of The First
National Bank of Miami, Miam~, Florida, as Ex~cutor of the Last ~rVill and
Testament and Codicil thereto o£ Ma.ry C. Conkle, deceased, for authority
to sell the real property hereinafter described, and it appearing to the Court
from said petition that it is neces5ary ior the best interest of the estate and

those interested therein that said property be sold; ~and it further appearing
to the Court that David J. Conkle, the Remainderman of the Residuary Trust
created by Item Three of the Will of Mary C. Conkle, deceased, has consen-
ted to the sale of said property upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set
forth; and the Court being advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ELDJUDGED that The First National Bank of \~Iiami, as
Executor of the La.st Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of Mary C.
Conkle, deceased, be, and it hereby is, authorized and empowered to sell
the following described property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
' Lot 15 of Block R of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a condominium
according to the declaration of condozninium thereof recorded
in Official Record Book 168 at Pa~e 134$ of the Public Records
! of St. Lucie County, F?orida.
at private sale for the sum of $5, 500. 00, paya.ble in cash at closing.
