THLS INDENTURE, Made this ~ r day of December, 1973, by and
between THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, a national bank organized
and existing under the laws of the United States of America and having its
principal place of business at Miami, Florida, as Executor of the Last 1Ni11
and Testament and Codicii thereto of MARY C. CONKLE, deceased, party of
the first part, and ROBERT E. TRIMBLE and CALLIE C. TRIMBLE, his wife,
. whose mailing address is 1498 W. 83rd Street, Hialeah , County of
Dade and State of Florida, partie s of the second part, W ITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, an Order was entered in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh
Judicial Circuit of Florida in and for Dade County, Florida, on the 30th day of
November, 1973, authorizing the Corporate Executor of the Last Will and ~'esta-
ment and Codicil thereto of MARY C. CONKLE, deceased, and such order is
in full force and effect, to sell the property herein. -
NO~Y, THEREFORE, party of the first part, for and in consideratiton of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valua.ble considerations to
it in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the reeeipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the .
second part, their successors and assigns, forever, the following described
land situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
to-wit: -
Lot 15 of Block R of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a condominium accord- -
ing to the declaration of condomiaium thereof recorded in Official ~
Record Book 168 at Page 1348 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~
