BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
MARGARET VAGT, who beiag duly sworn by me, deposes and says:
1. That she was acquainted with A. J. CONKLE and MARY C.
CONKLE, his wife, the same parties as the grantees named in that
certain deed dated February 11, 1969 and recorded in the Pul~lic Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein they acquired title to the property
described as:
Lot 15 of Block R of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a condominium
according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded
in Official Record Book 168 at Page 1348 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That to the best of her knowledge and belief the said grantees
were married to each other on and before February ll, 19b9 and remained
continuously married to each other until April 27, 1969, the date of the
i said A. J. CONKLE'S death.
