ORDER MODIFYING FINAL JUDGM$NT
This cause coming to be heard upon the Petition of the Wife,
Charlotte Marco, through her attorney of record, for restoration
to her former name of Charlotte Sessions, and it appearing to the
Court that the former name of the ~Fife was alleged in her Answer
in this proceeding and that the Answer further recited a desire of
the Wife to be restored to her former name, and it appearing to the ~
.
Court that there wouZd be no prejudice to the parties or to third
persons by restoring the Wife to her former name, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~

ORDERED that the Final Judgment herein, dated~April 13, 1973

is hereby modified to add a fourth paragraph, to-wit: '
"4. CHARLOTTE MARCO be and she is hereby authorized to ~

assume her former name of CHARLOTTE SESSIONS and to use the
