FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the day of
January, 1974, and the Court having given u 1 consideration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the ~
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
JOHN A. ANDERSON and RUTH D. ANDERSON be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. RESTORATION OF NAME. RUTH D. ANDERSON be and she
is hereby authorized to assume her former name of RUTH D. CRESSEY
; and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.

3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
~ annoying, the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper. ! '
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
day of January, 1974.
