plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall be appZicable to
all genders. All covenants and agrPements arid undertakings shall be
joint and several. In the event additional numbered covenants far
convenience inserted in this mortgage following the legal description,
such additional covenants shall be read and given eFfect as those fol-
lo~~ing the covenants.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused
these presents to be signed in its name by its President, and its
