note and mortgag~ note and execution of proper satisfaction of mort-
gage covering the security for the pr~missory and mortgage note.
This Guaranty shall be binding upon the undersigned and each
of them in their respective executors, administrators, successors and
assigns.
This Guaranty shall be joint ana several obligations of aIl
parties executing same and shall not be revoked or impaired as to any
of the parties by the death of any or all such parties or by revoca-
tion or release of any obligations hereunder by or against any or all
of such parties.
This Guaranty as well as the underlined transaction secured
by this guarantee is a transaction negotiated in and entered into in ~
the State of Pe~ns}•lvania, and all rights, flhligations and liabilities
shall be determined, 9overned, interpreted and construed as to tiie
validity, breach and enforcement and all other respects in accordance
with the laws of-the State of Pennsylvania.
The undersigned acknowledges that na statement, understand-
ings, representations, warranties or inducements were made other than
may herein by contained, in any manner, shape or form, either oral or
, written, expressed or implied and this agreement shail control the
guaranty ~erms and the underlining obligations herein referenced be-
tween the parties.
