THIS OPTION entered into on this the 9th day of October

A.D. 1973, by and between COLLE(iE PARK ESTATES, a Florida
Corporation and WALDO ZANDER and MARGARET ZANDER, his NiPe,
hereinafter referred to as the "Sellers" and ST. LUCIE MORT(3A(#E
COMPANY, a Florida Corporation hereinafter referred to as the
"Purchaser", in consideration of the sum of ~100.00, the receipt
of~which is hereby acknowledged the Sellers hereby agree Nith
the Purchaser as folloNS, to-Nit:
l. That the Sellers grant unto the Purchaser for a period
of 30 days from this date, the Option to purchase the folloKing
described property, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
All of the SE~ of the SE~ of Section 17•, .
Tormship 35 South, Range 40 East, Iying
South of Tennessee Averyue, East of 2~th
Street, North oP Virginia Avenue, and
East of College Park Estates, Unit 1
-as_ per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
- 12, at page 52 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
for the sum of $65,000.00, to be paid to Philip (i. Nourse,
133-A North Fourth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, attorney
for the Sellers on or be~ore the expiration date of this Option
either in cash or cashiers check. ~
2, That the Buyers may renew this Option from month to
month upon the payment of $100.00 on the 9th day of each month
thereafter in advance to tha said Phi11p G. Nourse. It is
understood that since this is an Option this $100.00 per month

will not apply on the purchase price of ~65,000.00. In the
event the Option is exercised then 29x shall be paid do~rn and _
the balance shall be paid in five equal annual installments
bearing interest at the rate of 8~ per annum on the unpaid
balance, the int~rest of which shall be paid when the annual
installment of principal is paid. The first annual installment

of principal shall be paid one year from closing.
