FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTIC?N OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of January,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
pleadings, testimony and other evidence finds and determines:
(1) This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; (2) The relationship of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and (3) The marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
~ It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between KELLY
HALL and BETTY P. HALL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
~
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
i
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between.them and from the
? obligations arising therefrom.

` 2. CUSTODY. Per~xanent custody oE DEBBIE LYNN HALL, minor

daughter of the parties, is hereby awarded to the wife, Betty P.

~ Hall, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the husband,
Kelly Hall. Temporary custody of JAMES KELLY HALL, minor son
~
of the parties, is 7i~reby awarded to the husband, Kelly Hall,
` until such time as the wi e acquires suitable housing for both

herself and said son and d~ghter, at which time said temporary
custody sha1Z be subject to review by the Court. Reasonable
