during such time as the minor son, James Kelly Hall, is in the
temporary custody of the husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 12th day of January,
1974, Kelly Hall shall pay to Betty P. Hall the sum of $85 each
and every week for the support of the minor daughter, Debbie
Lynn Hall, named above.
4. PROPERTY. The wife shall be entitled to the refriger-
ator and sewing~'machine now situate in the home of the husband.
The set of encyclopedias belonging to the minor son shall remain
the property of the son, removable by him at any time in the
event of a change of residence or custody.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interferring with, harassing or
annoying the other.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
