SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and loan Association of St. lucie County, a
co~poration unde~ the laws of the United Stbtes of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by John T.
Helsel and Dolores C. Nelsel, his wife dated December 1 1973 , and recorded
in the public ~ecords of Saint Lucie Counry, Florida, in Official Record Book 221 on page
1590 , securing the payment of the sum of
Twenty Six Thousand Seven Hundred and No/100 ~~lan (t 26,700.00 )
covering property in the County of Sa i nt Luc i e , Florida, doth hereby bcknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured the~eby, and doth ~
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-elaim all right, title and i~terest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described the~ein, and doth hereby di~ect the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of ~ecord.
