WRIT OF POSSESSION
This cause coming on for final hearing this January 2,

1974, and the Court having heard the testimony presented, and it
appearing to the Court, by stipulation of counsel for the parties,
that the foreqoinq final judgment is appropriate, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the foreclosure by D.A.D., INC.,
a Florida corporation, be and the same is hereby dismissed as the
defendant, V. F. DUNCAN, has paid the indebtedness through his
attorney, an agent, in full.

' IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendant,-
~ V. F. DUNCAN, or his grantees by deed, be, and the same are hereby

~ entitled to possession of the following described property from the

~ ~ defendant, DAVID J. MARTIN, on or before February 2, 1974, and the
~
~ said defendant is hereby ordered to vacate the premises legally
~ described as follows: ,

~ • Lots 1 to 12 inclusive, and Lots 15 to
~ 20, inclusive, all in Block ll, of
REGINA PALMS, as per plat thereof on
~ file in Plat Book 4, page 82, public records
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida, excepting
s therefrom the South 100 feet of Lot 18
3 and the South 100 feet of Lot 19 of said
~ Block 11, and further excepting therefrom
= all rights of way for public roads and
- drainage canals and easements for public
utilities.

Said defendant is ordered to vacate the above-described property

' which is situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, on or before
