in this cause and the recommendations of the Division af Family Services,
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper

persons to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that the best ~
interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption ana that the ~

child is suitable for adoptian by Petitioners, Horace Dvau9han Clement ~
and Mary Janice Clement, his wife, and being otherwise fully-adviseci in ~
the premises, it is ~
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as John Edward Fulford is ~

declared to be the Iegal child of the Petitioners, Horace Dvaughan $
Clement and Mary Janice Clement, and is given the name of John Edward
,Clement, by which name he shall hereafter be known, and it is
