Wife • and • HILARE SHEPERD . - ~ husband • ~ ~ _ ~ FINAL JUDGMENT • This action came on for hearing on the ~day ,1974, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ~ matter of this action; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the petitioner and respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, ~ , ~ ORDERED AND ADNDGED as follows: i ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the ~ ~ ' petitioner, MARY SHEPERED, and the respondent, HILARE SHEPERD, be ~ ~ _ ; and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ~ ~ i ~ ; hereby forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom, g , ~ ~ 2. POSSESSION OF RENTAL PROPERTY. The respondent shall ~ ~ forthwith remove himself from the premises presently occupied by i i t petitioner at 416 N. 18th Street, Ft. Fierce, Florida. ` ~ , ~ 3. ATTORNEY'S FEES.AND COST. The respondent pay Richard ~ D. Sneed, Jr. , Esq. , for legal services rendered in this cause to the ~ ~ ~ Sh erd the sum of final reasonable ~ pehhoner, Mary ep , $ ~ ~ attorney's fee and to Mary Sheperd, petitioner the sum of $27. 50 cost herein ~ ~ ~ expended for which let execution issue after 10 days from this date. ~ - 4.
