This action came on for hearing on the ~day ,1974,
and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ~
matter of this action; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists
between the petitioner and respondent and their marriage is irretrievably
broken. It is, thereupon,

ORDERED AND ADNDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the ~

' petitioner, MARY SHEPERED, and the respondent, HILARE SHEPERD, be ~

; and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ~

; hereby forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom, g

~ 2. POSSESSION OF RENTAL PROPERTY. The respondent shall ~
~ forthwith remove himself from the premises presently occupied by

t petitioner at 416 N. 18th Street, Ft. Fierce, Florida. `

~ 3. ATTORNEY'S FEES.AND COST. The respondent pay Richard
