THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 27th day of December. t973,
by LESLIE T. YATES and GUSTA L. YATES, his wife, whose address
2~~Q8 is Route l, Box 253, Clintwood, Virginia 24228, hereinafter called
the grantors, to LENA KISER, whose address is Route 2, Coeburn,
Virginia 24230, hereinafter called the grantee.
WITNESSETH:
That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, herehy grants, bargains, selts,~
