It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FRANRLIN R. POIRIER and PEGGY L. POIRIER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of i matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ~ therefrom. ~ ~ ' 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. PEGGY L. POIRIER be and she is hereby ; ~ authorized to assume her former name of PEGGY LOUI~ OLI,OM and to use the ; same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. , ; 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other. 4. JURISDICTION.
