DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
The cause came on for trial the_~~

1974 and the Court having given full consideration to alI the e idence, . ;
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties arid

subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that-rhe marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FRANRLIN R.
POIRIER and PEGGY L. POIRIER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
i matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~ therefrom. ~

' 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. PEGGY L. POIRIER be and she is hereby ;

authorized to assume her former name of PEGGY LOUI~ OLI,OM and to use the
; same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.

; 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cuase, and the parties
; hereto is retained for the entry of such furthe rders as may be proper. ~
