to the lien and%o~ equity of this rta?tgoge and the practice of such court, a~d such appointment of receiver shall be without ~otice
to any obligor hereunder.
NINTH: The Mortgogor hereby waives all rights of homestead and exemption grcnted by the Constitution ond laws of
Florida. It is specifically agreed thot~time is of the essence in this conlrott and that no woiver by the Mortgagee of onr obligation
he?eunder or of the obligafion secured herebr shall af any fime thereafter be held to be o waiver of the terms hereof or of the
obligation secured hereby.
TENTH: Upon any sale, tronsfe~ or conveyance of the property herein described and covered by this mortgage to any
person, firm or corporution, not previously approved in writing by the holder of this mor~gage, the Mortgogee or holder shall have
the ~ight to accelerate fhe matu~ity of this mortgoge os though it were due and payable on the dor of such transfer and to demand
poyment in full of the said mortgage omount or ony unpoid balonce thereof, ond to exercise all the rights and remedies herei~ or
by low reserved to said Mor?gagee the same as in any event of default hereunde~, anything in the promissory note setured
, hereby or herein to the co~t~ory nothwithstanding. .
REVENTH: If forecbsure proceedings of any second mortgage or seca+d trust deed or any junior lien of any ki~d should
be instituted, the Mortgagee moy, at its option immediotely or thereafter detlare this mortgage and the indebtedness secu~ed
he~eby due and poyoblc.
TW~FTH: That in the event the premises hereby mortgaged, or any part thereof, shall be condemoed and token for publit
use under the power of eminent domain, the Mortgogee shall hove the right to demand that all damages awarded for the taking
of or damages to said premises shall be paid to the Mortgagee, up to 1he amount then unpaid on this mortgage and the obligation
secured hereby and may be opplied upon thc poyments last payable under this mortgage and the obligation secured hereby.
THIRTEENTM: Thot installments, payable under the terms hereof and the note secured hereby, rat paid when due, shall be
subject, after fifteen (IS) doys from the dve date thereof, to, and it is agreed Mortgogee shal) collect thereon and therewith, a
"lote charge" in the amount of four per cent (4%) of the instollment due upon each such delinquent installment, ond such "late
chorges" are secured by the lien hereof.
FOURTEENTH: Without impairing the obligatiorn of Mortgogor contained in poragraphs SKOND, THIRD and FOURTH
hereof, and for applicotion to the pu~poscs thereof insofor as the same shall- be sufFicicnt, Morigegor sholl, in addition to the
monthly payments of principal and interest as stated in the origi~al note (and in the note or notes secured hereby) provided to be
made, pay a monthly sum and amount equal to one-M?elfth (1/12) of the estimated anrwal taxes, assessments and inwrance
i premiums upon the real estate searity, as the amount thereof is determined from time to time by the Mortgagee.

E FIFTEENTH: That the Mortgagor shall fumish annuallr, ot the request of the Mortgagee, finon:ial stotements in form and
i certified in a manner sotisfodory to the Mo~tgagee. -

~ SIXTEENTH: This mortgage also secures any and all renewals and extensions of the promissory note referred to herein ond
~ secured hereby, and all installments thereof, and olso any other notes whitfi have been or moy be given to the Mortgagee by the
Mortgogor, and any other indebfedness of the Mortgagor to thc Mortgagee whith, however, shall not exceed at any one fime
