WNEREAS, The State of Florida, through the State of Florida Qoarc of
Trustees of the Internal Imprnvement Trust Fund, by Part Deed No.'722
St. Lucie County, of 28, , 19 47 , conveyed untc
Ernest E. Chandler '
, grantee,
a certain parcel therein described and subject to the reservation for State
Roa~d Right of Way as therein defined (the last recorded owner of the title of
said property now being Clarenve E. Davis and ~berta L. oavis, his wife ~
) and
WHEREAS, The State of Florida Department of Transportation has advised
that the property hereinafter described is not necessary for highway purposes,
and has approved to the extent hereinafter set forth;
NOW TNEREFORE, The State of Florida, through the State of Florida Board
of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, in consideration of the
sum of Fifteen Dollars {~15.00) and the foregoing considerations has r~mised,
released, and quitclaimed, and by these presents does rer~ise, release ind
quitclaim unto the said C~~ E. Davis and R~aberta L. Davis, his wife
and ~r heirs and assigns forever all rights, titlp,
interest, claim and demand arisinq out of the following reservation, t~-wit:
RESERVING UNTO THE STATE OF FLORIDA easement for State P,oad Riqht of
. Way Two Ilundred (200) feet wide lyinq equally on each side of the
centerline of any State Road existing on the date of this deed th~ough
so much af any parcel herein described as is within ~ne Flundred (100)
feet of said centerltrle,
as contained in that certain Part Deed ~~o. ~22 as to so mu~:h of
