WITNESSETH:
That for divers good and valuable considerations; and atso in consideration of the aggregate sum nemed in
the promisory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described. the Mortgagor does grant. bargaia. sell. alien.
remise. retease, and rnnvey and confirm unto the Mortgegee, in fee simple, all of that certain tract of land of which
the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in ~ft~CCounty, Florida, described

Lot 19, Block "2", PROGRESS PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2,according to
the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page 16, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvements
th~eon, and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein,
replacements thereo£ and additions thereto.
This is a corrective mortgage given for the purpose of correcting
that certain mortgage from Osby James and Margaret,H. James, his
wife, to Ben,jamin Ginsberg and Florence Ginsberg, his wife, dated
December lst, 1973, recorded in OR BOOK 221, Page 2407 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the legal description
Block number was incorrect.
Florida documentary staonps are attached to the original mortgage and
cancelled. Intangible Tax has been paid,
