This deed made and executed this Sth day of May, 1973, by
FORT PIERCE PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a special taxing district
hereinafter called the Grantor, to FRED ~NSEL, whose post office
address is 4051 Greenwood Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, here-
inafter called ~he Grantee.
W I T N E S S E T H: '
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One '
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
to the Grantee, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns
the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 14 of Block 1, Airpurt Indust~ial Park,
Unit 1 as per Plat thereof in Plat Book 12 -
at page 40, Public Records of St. Lucie Courity.

To have and to hold the same, together with all and singular j°

the appurtenances subject, however, to the following conditions,

i 2. The Grantor xeserves for itself, its successors and assigns,

F for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the " ~

passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of said lands,

~ together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as may
be inherent in the operation of aircraft now known, or hereafter
used for navigation of or flight in the air, using said airspace
for landing at, taking off from or operating on the St. Lucie County
Airport. '
