The Graritee expressly, agrees for himself, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns, to restrict the height of structures, objects of natural growth and other obstructions on the above described lands to such a height so as not to exceed 50 feet above ground level or 88 feet above mean sea level, whichever is lower. or receive approval for a greater height by submittal of FAA Form 7460-1 to the Federal Aviation Administration. ; 4. The Grantee expressly agrees for himself, his heirs, 3 personal representatives and assigns, to prevent any use of the above described lands which shall interfere with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance of the St. Lucie County Airport. 5.
