personal representatives and assigns, to restrict the height of
structures, objects of natural growth and other obstructions on
the above described lands to such a height so as not to exceed 50
feet above ground level or 88 feet above mean sea level, whichever
is lower. or receive approval for a greater height by submittal of
FAA Form 7460-1 to the Federal Aviation Administration.

4. The Grantee expressly agrees for himself, his heirs, 3
personal representatives and assigns, to prevent any use of the
above described lands which shall interfere with or adversely affect
the operation or maintenance of the St. Lucie County Airport.
5. If the Grantee does not contruct on said lot a steel
building having a minimum area o£ 1,500 square feet and meeting the
building requirements of St. Luci.e County within one (1) year from

the date of this conveyance, the Grantee shall reconvey said lot
to the Grantor upon the Graritor's refunding to the Grantee the
purchase price. i
