Before me, a Notary Public, this date appeared DELBERT LOSEY, to me well known, who being by me first duly sworn, deposes ~ ,and says as follows: " l. BOYD, as an estate by the entirety, heretofore acquired title to the following described reaZ estate located in Charlotte County and St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 6, B1ock 2793, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION. Section 33, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5 at Pages 35A thru 35F of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. Lot 14, Block 5, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 25, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13 at Pages 32, 32A thru 32I of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Lot 6, Blvck 3, Port St. Lucie, Section 25, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13 at Pages 32, 32A thru 32I of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 3. That my mother, OPAL M. BOYD, and CLARENCE L. BOYD, a/k/a C. L. BOYD, were lawfully married to each other prior to the ; acquisition of title as aforesaid, that they remained married to ; each other without an intervening divorce up to the time of the ! ; demise of my mother, OPAL M. BOYD. ` 4. That mv mother,°OPAL M. BOYD, became deceased on the ` 20th day of April, 1970, at Port Charlotte, County of Charlotte, _ ~ ' State of Florida. ~ ~ 5.
