I, C. L. Boyd, a/k/a Clarence L. Boyd, of Jackson
County, Michiqan, being of sound mind and disposing memory,

~ f9r the purpose of making disposition upon my death of my
Q 1~• •~ntire estate, real, personal, and mixed, and any estate ,
L~, ro\~- which I may have power to dispose of, wherever situate, whether ~

~ owned and possessed by me at the date of execution hereof or

acquired by me after such date, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
~ I.
T hereby expressly revoke and~cancel any wills, codicils
and testamentary dispositions heretofore made at any time by me.
~ II.
I direct that all my just debts, including the expense
of my last illness and funeral expenses, be paid by my Executor
as soon after my decease as may be convenient.

I ~ I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest,

residue and remainder of my estate to lolita Boyd, of Denver,
~ -
f Colorado, and Donna Boyd Andrews, of Champaign, Illinois, or

~ to the survivor or survivors of them, share and share alike.

IV.
~ I hereby nominate and appoint as Executor of this, ~
my Will, Joseph C. Olk, but should he predecease me or for any

reason be unable or unwilling to serve, I then appoint Donna
Boyd Andrews as Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament.
